Terms of Service
Last updated 14 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of Fanbridge (fanvuebridge.com and the Fanbridge app). By connecting your Fanvue account, you agree to them.
1. What Fanbridge is
Fanbridge is an independent productivity tool that relays your Fanvue direct messages to Telegram so you can reply from anywhere. It is built on Fanvue’s official API. Fanbridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Fanvue; the name “Fanvue” is used only to describe compatibility.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, a Fanvue creator, and able to enter into a contract.
3. Your account & responsibilities
You connect through Fanvue OAuth — we never ask for your password. You are responsible for your linked Telegram group and for the content you send through the service, and you must comply with Fanvue’s terms and content policies.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Fanbridge to break the law, to harass or exploit anyone, or to bypass Fanvue’s moderation, rate limits or safeguards. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Billing & payments
Paid plans are billed through the Fanvue App Store at the price shown ($7/month). Payments are handled by Fanvue; we never process your card details. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Fanbridge reliable, but provide it “as is” without guaranteed uptime. Outages at Fanvue or Telegram can affect the service.
7. Disclaimers & liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fanbridge is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost revenue arising from message delays or outages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
8. Termination & data deletion
You may stop using Fanbridge and disconnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. On termination we delete your stored data (see our Privacy Policy).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified to connected creators.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fanbridge is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
